We can also make most of our cupcake flavors in cake as well! Fillings: Vanilla Cream, Chocolate Cream, Praline, Strawberry, Lemon, Orange, Coconut, Key Lime, Mocha Cream, Raspberry, Cream Cheese Icings including Amaretto and White Chocolate. Icings: Butter Creams - Chocolate, Vanilla, Lemon, Coconut, Orange Zest, Peanut Butter, Lime, Strawberry, Raspberry, Marshmallow, Oreo, Nutter Butter, Lavender Honey, Mocha, Maple, several flavors of Cream Cheese, and Malted Chocolate, Vanilla, or Strawberry! Because of the custom nature of cakes, every cake will be priced individually. Cakes over $100 require a minimum of fifty percent upfront deposit with the remainder due prior to pick-up/delivery. Cupcake Tower Rental - $25. Tower rental deposit - $50 – deposit will be refunded upon satisfactory return of tower.

Sculpted / 3D Cakes Sculpted cakes are created from great imagination, and can become a very memorable part of any celebration. We invite you to be creative with us and discuss the many possibilities for your special cake. If it can be made into a cake, we can do it! Contact Mad Eliza's today! The base price for sculpted cakes is $6.00/serving. Size of layers needed for construction of cake and complexity of design determine final cost per serving.
